3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice. Your written Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to local jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, AjayGhisad.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
